General Product Questions

Some smaller safes are easy to install, especially those with pre-drilled mounting holes. Heavier or high-security models may require professional installation.

Yes. Keep the locking mechanism clean, replace batteries as needed, and periodically check the seal and interior for moisture or wear.

Plan for future storage. A safe that feels “just right” today can quickly fill up. Go at least one size larger than your current needs.

No safe is completely impervious, but certified models with UL or TL ratings offer tested resistance against forced entry for specific durations.

Contact the manufacturer or refer to your safe’s documentation. Most safes have recovery options, provided you can verify ownership.

Depending on where your equipment ships from, sometimes we can absorb the shipping costs if you are located relatively close from one of our warehouses.
