Final Sale Policy
All sales of safes are final unless covered under the North Safe Point Warranty Policy or if the product arrives damaged during shipping, as detailed below.
Damaged Merchandise
If your safe arrives damaged, please contact customer.care@northsafepoint.ca immediately to assess the issue. We will work with you to find the best solution, including providing replacement parts where applicable. If the product is beyond repair, we will arrange for a replacement and pickup of the damaged unit.
- Do NOT sign any documents from the delivery driver if you notice damage upon arrival.
- It is your responsibility to inspect the safe and only sign if you are satisfied with its condition.
- Once signed, the freight carrier is no longer responsible for damages.
Defective Merchandise
Most of our safes come with at least a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details can be found on our website. If you discover a manufacturer's defect, contact us at customer.care@northsafepoint.ca, and we will assist you in obtaining replacement parts or a product exchange.
Return Procedure
(For under-warranty returns and pre-approved returns due to shipping damage only)
- Submit a return request in writing to customer.care@northsafepoint.ca.
- If approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
- Securely pack the safe in its original packaging and include any required paperwork.
- We recommend taking a picture of the package before shipping.
- Ship the item back. We will either provide a return shipping label, or you will need to arrange shipping yourself.
- If using UPS or FedEx Ground, follow standard shipping procedures. If shipping via an LTL freight carrier, ensure the box is placed on a pallet and schedule pickup.
- Provide us with the tracking number for your shipment.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notice
- Customers must return the product to the correct warehouse in its original packaging.
- It is highly recommended to obtain a tracking number and purchase shipping insurance for the return.
